Wow Big Daddy....where do you find these space pics? Got your own satallite or somethin. That is just plain Scarry looking. I feel for those people thatgot nailed and are going to be nailed. Looks like Cuba is on the chopping block

WOW!! Cool picture. I'm guessing that it's looking from south to north, so that's Cuba above the 'cane and Florida is just on the horizon.

Edit: I just checked and it looks like it WILL be on top of me in 2 days. I might be gettin the hell out of here and heading to Houston or Lake Charles for the rest of the week. We'll know by tomorrow morning if classes are canceld for the rest of the week. Wish me luck.

I had a tree come down on my house from Frances, I'm NOT looking forward to Ivan, I'm supposed to be leaving for vacation to the outer banks Friday!! [:(]

Damn storms, go piss on Mexico or something.. Or sit on Cuba for a week. (ok thats mean, but give Fla/GA a break, we're almost floating as is..)

at work wendsday we had a tornado come down on top of us, we were just sittin in the shop lokkin out the door and the next thing we know, a 12000 lb box truck hops a block of wood holding it in place and starts rolling up hill and is raply accelerating towards a customers car, OH SH1t!!! my boss and i run outside, put it in gearand run back inside, a total or 5 sconds outside and dripping wet, herd later that there wer gusts of 75 mph, whoa

I heard from friends who have families in Pensacola...
they were hit hard. One family of a friend had their 5000sq.ft. house flooded up to waist high. No gasoline in the city, no power, no water....lots of snakes everywhere...and pests.

I've been real lucky here in Fernandina Bch, to have dodged the 3 storms!
