Basically, video replay isn't allowed. Koreans say we should use it anyways cuz it shows how the Korean was robbed of .1 of his start value. That would have given him the gold. BUT! If you use replay (like the Koreans want) and watch the whole routine, you see the gymnast make a mistake that wasn't caught that was worth a .2 deduction. So, add it all up and the Korean should be docked 1 tenths and barely kept his bronze. Basically, nothing should change.
