Northeast Snowstorm

We are getting dumped on - it started at around 10 AM, and just keeps getting heavier. Right now it's coming down at around 2" per hour. Forecasts in my area are for anywhere from 12" to 16" depending on what happens with the winds and Atlantic Ocean rotation effect - what we call a Nor'easter. Plus 40 mph blizzard conditions tonight.

And the Eagles/Falcons playoff is tomorrow.

we just got about 14 inches or so, starting last night around 7. it finally took a break for a while but is supposed to start back up tomorrow and give up another 6" or so. what you are getting now is probaly what already went through my area. have fun, hehehe.

Yeah, here in NJ it's still snowing like crazy. We have a "State of Emergency" from 8PM to 8AM. If I have the motivation for it, I think I'm going to drive one of my quads around the neighborhood.

No snow here, but freezing our butts off - about 14 degrees, isn't supposed to break 30 today.. Finally, winter arrived - albeit a few months late!

it's about 18F degrees with snow drifts and winds at about 30mph. now i gotta go dig the cars out. 4wd helps tremendously around here.
