This really ticks me off. SCO used to be a good company, now they are idiots.

The SCO Group wasn't bluffing.
The Unix solution provider has delivered on earlier threats to expand the reach of its intellectual property rights lawsuits against other vendors to the end user community, launching suits against two of its former customers. On Tuesday, SCO announced it has filed suit against auto parts retail chain AutoZone, Inc., for alleged violations of SCO's Unix copyrights through its use of Linux. On Wednesday, SCO launched a related, but different suit against automaker Daimler-Chrysler, alleging that in failing to reply to a letter sent to customers asking them to certify that they had complied with their license for SCO's Unix System V, Daimler was in breach of that licensing agreement.

Yea, I think IBM is taking some responsibility for the smaller companies that they partner with. SCO had a good product, but they failed to understand a changing marketplace. So instead of reinventing themselves, they become a leech on the ass of technology. They are in a death spiral, an act of desperation. Even if they win a few suits, NOBODY will ever buy ANYTHING from SCO again.
