I don't want to start the whole most americians are think as bear shit thing (well maybe a little [:D] ) but out of all the interiors i've seen in different countries the us models are the only ones that need the huge reminder of what fuel the use on the guage. coinsidance??? I think Not. [;)]

That mark actually started when the Federal Government mandated a maximum speed limit of 55 MPH on all highways. Of course, this was to save fuel. Not anymore. Now we are free to waste as much fuel as we want!

Even though I'm not American (woo-hoo!) they only put that fuel thing on American cars, which are worth a little bit above 98% of the kids that go to my school, and a little bit below dog-shit.
