Actually there are two definitions:

Slang;
1. A word to be used in coalition with the female genitalia
2. A malicious or lewd woman

In the first sense it has been used in the english vocabulary for hundreds of years. So this means that because of the culture, it is okay to say this word without it being as severly taken. I can understand the logic behind saying that durrgoatory terms based on ethnicity can be used by one of the same and not blown out of proportion, but where was the lapse between traditional english and what we speak. Try going to Japan and calling somebody Baka, which means stupid. you would be luckky if you didn't get in a fist fight. I am not defending these words, I simply want to know, where these durogatory terms come from, and what makes them so bad. Is the entire american culture so cravingly PC that the sensitivity levels have made driven us to the edge of litigation no matter what word somebody uses. Or is it that there is such a difference between cultures that the words being exchanged between an american, and a Scot have been twisted by one person to form them into an offensive juncture in the common intelligent vocabulary of dignified people¿

Yes, we as a society have got on a major "PC" bandwagon..........and no group wanted to be left out of this bandwagon.......so over the years, almost everything is bad.........but who could say what group should not have their day.......

I'll give you an example...........I have said this forever and often to assert my independence and freedom as a woman, especially when others are always forthcoming to tell me what to do........

"I am free, white and 21."

A couple of years ago someone asked me if I knew what that meant........I said of course I do.......I'm not married, white and of legal age.........they then said, do you know where that saying came from.....I said, yeah my mother......then they explained where the term came from.......I never knew that, never meant it that way, it was a term to express myself and I liked how it sounded......now I'm just politically incorrect in using it.......

Another of my expressions.........I'll jap slap you into the next room......I have heard it since childhood (deep South).....again, where the term came from is not my meaning of the expression.........

so you see........we're just bad all around........

Hey, I have a BMW question.......I got a new loaner car today, 2003 325...each week I get a different loaner car........what is the big black thing towards the end of the top about 5 inches from the back windshield.....right in the middle.....its pretty big.....
