Okay this is now the second car this thing has spit out that I cant place what it is. Although I do remember the Dodge Dart, I think that is almost the same as the Duster. But now what is this Colt Vista? How old are these things? Cars.com needs a serious updating of vehicles. And how do they get this Dodge thing on the same list as 2 BMW's? [confused] [rofl] [rofl] [rofl] [rofl] [rofl] [rofl] [rofl]

Hey Vlad I was snobbish as well according to my results. Further they say I drive the wrong car (even though M roadster was not an option, I checked Z3), they say I make more money than the average Z3 owner and that I am "tight". They recommended a Buick Roadmaster or Volvo 505, Haha.

Oddly enough, this is the response I got:

Boy oh boy, Brahtw8, you picked a vehicle which is just about perfect for you. Congratulations! For example, when compared to other people who own a BMW 325i, you're just about the same in terms of the extent to which you're a cheapskate, your educational level, and your grasp of reality.

But there are some psychographic and/or demographic measures on which you differ from other BMW 325i owners. For example, you're a little too much of a risk-taker, and you're a bit too young to be driving this vehicle.

Despite the fact that your personality profile pretty much matches that of BMW 325i owners, Car-O-Scope would like to suggest some alternative vehicles--should you be thinking of making a change.

Note: some of these suggestions might surprise you. But try to keep an open mind. It's quite possible that the car-o-scope has discovered some hidden and/or repressed aspects of your personality.

2. Nissan 240SX
3. Volkswagen Jetta
4. AMC Jeep
5. Isuzu Trooper II

Interesting....

Boy oh boy, Tim, you picked a vehicle that just isn't quite right for you. You're compatible with your BMW 325i only in terms of the extent to which you're a cheapskate and how much you really care about your car.

When compared to other people who drive a BMW 325i, other BMW 325i owners are far more willing to take risks than you are, you're a bit too young to be driving this vehicle, your educational level is a bit lower than that of other BMW 325i owners, you are a little too much of a snob, other BMW 325i owners make more money than you, and you are much more objective and logical

For your further edification, here's a little further elucidation on these personality characteristics.

OK, so you're a bit of a wuss--or is it woos?--when it comes to taking chances. So, why are you driving a BMW 325i? Eh?

We agree that there are lots of dangers out there--and you're perfectly justified in attempting to insulate yourself from them. Car-O-Scope will try to suggest some vehicles that are more in line with your risk-taking profile.

Gee, this is interesting. Car-O-Scope has determined that you are a person who is quite concerned with status. And yet, you're driving a BMW 325i. Other BMW 325i drivers just aren't as much of a snob as you are. We're going to have to do something about this, now aren't we?

Some of us have an overdeveloped left brain, and some have an overdeveloped right brain. And your strength is definitely on the left: logic and objectivity. This is not a bad thing. We do need rocket scientists. But it makes you somewhat incompatible with your BMW 325i. Other BMW 325i owners are a bit more "touchy-feely" than you. But you are what you are, so take your pick: Change what you are or get a new car. (That rhymes, doesn't it? Oops, that's a right-brain thing. Sorry.)

Gee, this guy must not like BMW owners or me. I picked 325 b/c this guy has apparently never heard of a coupe before.

Boy oh boy, Richard, you picked a vehicle that just couldn't be more wrong for you. You're not compatible on any of the psychographic or demographic variables! Boy, what a mismatch!

When compared to other people who drive a BMW 325, other BMW 325 owners are far more willing to take risks than you are, you're a bit too young to be driving this vehicle, you're, well--to be generous--a bit too frugal, you're just too educated to be driving a BMW 325, you are a little too much of a snob, other BMW 325 owners make more money than you, you are much more objective and logical, and you care a bit too much about your car compared to other BMW 325 owners

OK, there's frugal--and then there's cheap. And you're cheap.

Your motto is probably something like, "Waste not, want not." Heck, if it was good enough for Benjamin Franklin, why not you?

Pay no attention to what others are saying behind your back. Who cares?

My dear, it appears that other BMW 325 owners just don't care as much about their cars as you do. You're going to have to lighten up on this if you insist on driving a BMW 325. But, since this is probably a basic character flaw and therefore unchangeable, you probably will have to buy a new car to get your carma in balance.

Car-O-Scope Makes Suggestions for More Compatible Vehicles
Have no fear, Car-O-Scope is here to save you from a life of misery, depression and hemorrhoidal flare-ups. Through a secret and proprietary process (patent pending) the official car-o-scope has determined that your psychographic and demographic profile is far more compatible with the following vehicles: some of these suggestions might surprise you. But try to keep an open mind. It's quite possible that the car-o-scope has discovered some hidden and/or repressed aspects of your personality.

1. Peugeot 505
2. Buick Roadmaster
3. Oldsmobile Cutlass
4. Infiniti I30
5. Subaru SVX

A Peugeot? He wants me to drive a French car ?!?! And he says I'm too young for a BMW, yet he suggests a Buick Roadmaster or Olds Cutlass? Last time I checked, 24 years old wasn't too close to 65+
