Ugh, I can agree with you guys on the stupid Drivers Ed bullshit. They need to relax with the whole drunk-driving crap. It's so stupid that they point to you and they are like, "10 OF YOU WILL DIE BEFORE YOU TURN 18" or something really dumb. Well, if this freaking cop says 10 of us are gonna die, I guess I might as well just drink and drive and live it up. I mean, how dumb can you get? And the cop was like, "I can't tell you how many roofs of BMW's I've had to cut open to get you kids out." Stupid worthless cops...always there to threaten you and bust you when you're doing something wrong...but never there to pat you on the back when you do the right thing.

Well, I have to disagree a little bit with you on driver's ed. When I took it only to take the road test earlier I've seen some bad drivers. I mean really bad. Because the dude who organized the whole thing was pretty stupid, I got switched between days alot so I've seen almost all the drivers there and belive me, if I was to decide if they should be allowed to drive, none would be driving except for the teachers. And the "drivers" think that you can drive right after you pass the road test, they never realised that they can't drive alone before learning how to drive. You may think that I am making a big deal out of nothing but some of the "drivers" could only make a turn after the teacher told them how far they should turn the steering wheel. I can only wish them luck because they truly need it. So in some way the driver's ed teachers are right, they should scare a lot of their students so they don't kill people. If you ask me, the road test should be fair to everyone and be at least 3 times harder. If my mom passed it the first time she tried, everyone can pass it unless it's the first time they see a car. I don't know about other citys but in NYC it seems like no one cares about insurance costs, no one stops on a stop sign even after they got a ticket, this guy I know tried to prove to me that you should not let the pedestrians pass after stopping at a stop sign unless you are turning right or left. BTW just an interesting fact, the highest insurance costs in the whole entire world are in Brooklyn.
Almost forgot, the stupidest car related thing I have done that I remember was: When I was parking on the drive way (about 30 degree incline toward the house) and a neighbor distracted me, I didn't put into "Park" and after turning the ignition off and releasing the brake pedal the car started to roll back pretty quickly, caught it just inchesaway from the house, don't know why it took me so long to realise I was rolling back.
The stupidest thing done ever so often by someone I know is falling asleep in the left lane on the highway going about 80 and waking up in the right lane because of the bumps on the road between the right lane and the shoulder.
