I saw this on TLC or Discovery a few months ago, I think it was something like "Hi Tech Weapons", it might also have been about the Navy Seals. They showed footage of the programmable round in action. UNBELIEVABLE!! This fundamentally changes the nature of combat.

Do you think it will find its way into the civilian SWAT arsenal?
