Push, take it to court. You should be able to get your points removed, but for a bit of an increased fine, I think.
It's easy to go 40+ in a 25 zone...there are some roads that are long and wide (even if they are only one lane on each side), and MAD people go like 40mph. People automatically think that just because the road gets wider, they can go faster...WRONG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (this isn't related to Push's ticket, I'm just speaking in general).
