When will you get your pimplely head out of your ass? It's not about who is the better driver. Its about respect. You guys know nothing about these cars and yet you continue to trash them. Open you minds a bit and stop thinking you and you'r car are God's gift to the automotive industry.

The only reason I came over to your club was to try and set the record straight. I've looked around and some of the members have very nice rides.... others on the other hand don't.

I made a mistake my mother inlaw has a 525i. That still dosen't change my point.

thanks for the compliment about some nice rides you see around. and i am sure, when you read through more of this board, you will find multiple threads were several several memebers say very good thing about japanese cars. those memebers that talk trash sometimes get kicked in the butt by me for being that narrow minded. i am sure you did not see that did you?

the way you came in here could not cause anything else than this conflict. do me afavor and ask quickcivicguy wht happened when he came here and how the situation evolved through time. i hope you will see something different then.

last point. we do not think that bmw's are the best on earth and god's own creation. but what do you expect fro man enthusiasts site?

I respect Mitsubishis, heck I wouldn't mind having a 3000GT / Stealth. But when you make a site hating BMWs, you are gonna get in a typing fight. It's human nature, if I was to call the Starion an econbox POS from the 80's you'd be a little pissed off right? Let's all just cool down...[:)]

Both Mitsu and Motorolla make phones, I think its time for Motorolla to step up![driving]

EDIT: I know motorola is spelled with 1 l, two l's just looks better[rofl]

First off, let me say that I love M3's and M5's. BMW's are great cars, it's just the image that the owners have that I hate. I have no problem with you guys defending your cars, especially against unecessary, ignorant bashing, but being a Mitsu owner, I feel like I have to respond to some of the comments here.[:)]

WHAT!? I can't even figure out what youre trying to say. BMW and Mercedes the best cars in the world? Hardly. Someone's ego is blinding them. And who says all Japanese cars are small displacement? 3000GT's and Supras are both 3.0L TT cars and make more torque than most NA BMW's.

I just wanna ask this question to all the ricers out there, and see what they come up with:

If it was really that easy to make your car have an extra 300hp, then why doesn't the manufacturer do it?

Reliability, gas milage, emissions, insurance purposes, etc.

same reason why bmw does not make every engine rev 7000. it enhances the lifetime of cars when you don´t aqueeze the last juice out of them.

and furthermore you have to protect the aftermarket guys right? look at rally art, m gmbh, amg, ac schnitzer, svt, and so on. so in a way, the manufacturers do actually boost their cars from factory. it´s just a lil more expensive then buying it at some 3rd party.
