If only they hadn't wrecked the S8. I remember watching that chase over and over again, because when that movie came out we didn't get the S8 in the states.

Fast and the Furious is the worst car movie ever made in my time.[mad]
We did get the S8, just not a manual transmission S8. You can buy a 2001 for low fifties. I have seen several on the street and at the dealer.

Ronin is the king of the modern car movies. The MB 450 SEL 6.9 from the movie was for sale not too long ago. Lots of torque. Worst part about that movie is the chase scene with the E34 M5. You can tell the driver is lifting off the gas as he weaves throug traffic just to make it look like that poor little Citroen could keep up. And to top it off they destroyed the car.

I like Bond movies, I know they don't really focus on cars but they still have some nice ones, Z8, DB5 and Vanquish for example. My only problem is that half the time they are destroyed...[:(]
You left out the Z3!!!! [bash]

Didn't Mad Max have a cool car? [???1]
I also like the Batmobile.....all of 'em!
The Fallguy had a neat truck too.
....and I always seemed to like the A-team's van.

The French Connection has the all time best car chase, but everyone knows that, even though Ronin was pretty damn hardcore. But Blues Brothers has undoubtedly the funniest car chases we'll ever see.

Mischief 3000 sucked....way too boring. Just stupid highway driving, and most of the time, they just showed cars being pulled over by cops. Watch the original Mischief, it is significantly more entertaining...more cars/illegal races, less BS.

Yea but its the whole gumball event. when i see these movies of the runs it not so much impresses me because your right it is just highway driving but its a reminder of what stupid S**T i've done on the public highways (organized and monsters of my own retarded (yet evil genius-esk) creation[:D] [:D]

Oh and how the hell did i forget smokey and the bandit that was my favorite movie for the whole of my life from about 5 - 12. kicks as even today.

Big Daddy your not showing your age even i've seen the madness in san fran. yea saw it on one of them olde worlde VCR thingeys i think there a bit like DvD only less prone to going wrong, scratching, cheaper, easier to set up, robust (if you have to question this one you dont have a 2 year old!!!) hmmm. ahhh thats the japs take a good product give it a million features a crap manual which lists half the features and not the ones you want then selling it to stupid gullable western countries for 500times what it cost them to make.

Whoa my first rant in at least a week!!![driving] [burnout]

The blues brothers was wonderful. Nobody can tell me that they wouldn't want to get a beat up old car and go driving around a mall crashing through stores. (abandoned mall of course[thumb] )
